Online Orders
Customers are strongly encouraged to order a sample to ensure the color, finish, and style meet their expectations. Atlantic Cabinet Warehouse LLC is not responsible for items ordered solely from website images and reserves the right to reject returns or claims based on dissatisfaction with color, finish, or style if a sample was not ordered beforehand. If a sample is ordered, the sample cost will be credited when the full product order is placed. Once your order submitted, our team member will contact you to verifies the order and pay by phone.
Final Sale on Assembled Cabinets
All assembled cabinet orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the confirmation email and ensure all details are correct before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for determining whether assembled products will fit into the intended installation space. Atlantic Cabinet Warehouse LLC is not responsible if an item cannot fit into a customer’s home or designated area.
Customers must review their order for accuracy and understand that cabinets sold as RTA (Ready To Assemble) will ship unassembled.
Once an order is in process, no changes can be made. Additional items may be ordered separately as a new order.
Pick-Up Policy
Assembled orders not collected within 10 business days will incur a 2% storage fee per day. Orders uncollected after 30 days will be disposed of at the customer’s expense.
Inspection & Reporting
Concealed damages or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. Customers are responsible for opening and inspecting the entire order within that time. Claims for concealed damage made after 3 business days may be denied.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled before order picking or for non-payment of promised orders (e.g., wire transfer sales) will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after picking/shipping incur a 20% restocking fee plus return freight. Customers are responsible for arranging all return shipments. All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. No returns are accepted on assembled cabinets.
Assembled cabinets are built to order. Orders for assembled cabinets cannot be cancelled, and full payment is required even if the order is cancelled or shipment is refused.
No Returns Accepted On:
•Assembled cabinets
•Modified cabinets
•Hoods, trims, moldings, fillers, or panels
•Accessories (e.g., trash pull-outs, spice pull-outs, glide upgrades, etc.)
All returns must be authorized by Atlantic Cabinet Warehouse LLC prior to shipment. Any returned product deemed unsellable will not receive credit.
